David Carnevale, President

David's background encompasses over 20 years of executive-level private and
public industry, industry analysis, marketing consulting and market research
experience in a number of high technology businesses ranging from
semiconductors to multimedia services. He has extensive experience in
consumer purchase decision processes, product positioning, marketing
strategy and tactics, primary market research, product marketing, product
development, and competitive analysis.

Most recently, David was Vice President, Multimedia Content and Distribution
at iSuppli Corporation, a leading industry analyst firm.   He has served as Vice
President of Marketing and Business Development for American Technology
Corporation, a leader in highly directed audio solutions for digital signage
applications; Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Path 1 Network
Technologies, a pioneer in the delivery of broadcast-quality HD video over IP
networks in the satellite, cable, telco and mobile industries; Senior Vice
President of Marketing at Mitsubishi Electronics for their multimedia display
products and launched a $500 million two-way wireless voice and data network
as Vice President of Marketing at PageNet.  Earlier in his career, he was a
Partner at Regis McKenna and a Group Vice President at Gartner.

David received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of
Business and a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
